The University is academic home to more than 17,000 students and faculty members from different ethnic, religious and socioeconomic backgrounds. Here, Jews, Muslims, Christians, Druze, IDF officers and security personnel come together to study, research and learn.
As part of The Hecht Museum’s expansion, a prestigious auditorium was built in the new wing. Dr. Hecht, a devoted patron of culture, envisioned the auditorium as a center for cultural events that would complement the unique atmosphere and character of the museum, which integrates archaeology and art.
The auditorium features 380 designated, cushioned, and elegant seats arranged on two levels: approximately 180 seats on the lower level and about 200 seats in the balcony.
